AUTO PM is an additional device that automatically cleans the wafer dicing systems.
Due to the varying DI water quality and differing chemical liquids used in dicing process by each IC assembly house , clogging in dicing saws’ internal hoses is a common issue that is time consuming to maintain. To prevent the operational abnormalities brought forth by this issue, we designed AUTO PM as a resolution.
